TIT2311/HIT3019: Industrial Training- Trimester 3 Session 2017/2018
Important Announcement
Dear ITP Students for Trimester 3 2017/2018,
We would like to invite qualified students to do their Industrial Training in March 2017 (Trimester 3, Session 2017/2018) with the condition that they have completed (passed) or completing (i.e., included the subjects taken in this trimester) 60 or MORE than 60 Credit Hours Excluding Arts & Humanities Subjects are ALLOWED to register for the Industrial Training Programme (ITP). The training period is from 19 March 2018 until 14 June 2018 (about 12 weeks).
Those who have planned for the internship are required to submit their application to do training to the FIST Office by or before 4:00pm 22nd December 2017.
Please submit all the following documents:
(1) Manual registration form (Attached)
(2) ITP Check list form (Attached)
(3) Printed online academic transcript
(4) Printed Course Structure/ Your study plan (crossing off all subjects passed)
(5) Original /Verified true copy of Life Insurance payment document (e.g., from MSIG, Tune Insurance etc.) by AA
(6) Resume
(7) Cover letter for Job application and stapled together in one bundle in the order above.

(ii) Students need to subscribe the Email Group using the following link:

The application deadline is 22 December 2017.
** You are also required to Register in CaMSys as well (From January 2018 onward)

Can you modify my industrial training reference letter for me? I need to change the “To whom It may Concern” to my company name because my company requested it. Hope you can solve this problem for me.

December 31, 2017 at 4:42 amSir, I’m a student from FIST, I forget to submit the application form to the FIST office, but I promise the application form is done before the 22 dec, I’m really sorry about the late submit, but is that possible for me to take internship next semester? Next semester is my last semester already, I really need to take internship next semester, I know this is a bad reason, sorry. I just realize I still not submit the application form, I can go back Melaka now to submit it if needed. Really sorry about that sir
